Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Care Aides to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and you may accompany clients into the community to help achieve personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay. Join a team that values compassion and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes and support daily activities.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Help clients participate in community activities outside the home.
• Follow established care plans and document progress.
• Contribute to a supportive and positive home-care environment.
