BAYADA Home Health Care in Monroe, NC seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home care for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED are required; 18+ years old.

You will assist with daily living tasks and accompany clients to appointments. We offer flexible part-time shifts, short commutes near your home, and a competitive pay starting at $15/hr with weekly pay.

Competenze

• One or more years of experience working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required; education verification will be part of hiring.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on clients' hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and everyday tasks
• Participate in community integration activities
