Home Instead is hiring a Caregiver in the Los Angeles area. Earn $18.50-$19.25/hr with weekly pay, direct deposit, and benefits available. Join a supportive team providing companionship, personal care, and practical assistance to clients across the region.

We offer sick leave accrual, paid training, holiday pay, and mileage reimbursement. A CNA/HHA/LVN/RN or at least 6 months of paid caregiving experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
