Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support across the Los Angeles area. You will foster relationships with clients through companionship and assist with daily activities, including meals, light housekeeping, and personal care.

Qualified candidates have 6 months of paid caregiving experience or a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN certification, a valid driver’s license, and basic English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care such as grooming, bathing, and bathing assistance, and manage incontinence as needed.
