Job summary

Home Instead in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Caregiver to provide companionship and personal care. Earn $16.00–$16.50 per hour with weekly pay and benefits, including sick leave accrual and paid training.

Expect 24/7 support, mileage reimbursement, and a structured referral program. Responsibilities include assisting with meals, light housekeeping, grooming, and incontinence support, using our mobile app for scheduling and earnings tracking.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate in English (basic reading, writing, speaking).
• CPR certification (Red Cross approved from in-person course).

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7.
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.
