JEVS Care at Home in Souderton area is hiring caregivers for a 42-hour weekly case (6 hours per day, 7 days a week).

Caregivers receive PTO, medical/dental coverage (minimum hours), weekly pay, in-services training, dementia training, and EVV performance incentives. Training on ADL and PPE is provided.

As a caregiver you will help clients with daily living, follow care plans, maintain confidentiality, and complete required certifications.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must satisfactorily complete orientation with at least 80% passing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Assist client with daily living per their care plan.
• Follow care plans and maintain client independence.
• Participate in training on ADLs and PPE, including CPR/First Aid and dementia training.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information per HIPAA.
• Complete instrumental activities of daily living as required by the plan of care.
