Job summary

Executive Home Care of Central Salt Lake Valley is looking for compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in Midvale, UT. The role focuses on personalized home care, promoting comfort, safety and independence for clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and medication reminders, plus providing companionship. Training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment are offered to enhance your caregiving career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HHA or CNA preferred.
• Experience in caregiving in home care or healthcare settings.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring client safety.
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, nutritional needs, and medication reminders.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
• Follow established care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
