Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility assistance.
• Medication reminders according to prescribed schedules and helping manage routines.
• Meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements; ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor health, observe changes, report to care team, and document care provided.
