Job summary

Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous caregiver experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders and support with medication routines.
- Meal planning and preparation with attention to dietary needs and hydration.
- Offer companionship and social interaction; accompany clients to appointments and activities.
- Monitor health and report changes to the care team; document care provided.
