Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring as a Caregiver to provide compassionate non-medical home care to elderly and disabled clients in the San Diego North County area, including Carlsbad. You will focus on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients live comfortably at home.

Typical duties include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, and dementia care, with options for hourly and 24/7 care.

Qualifications

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and dementia care.
Mobility transfers and support (up to 100–150 lbs).
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
Reliable transportation and smartphone with internet access are expected.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical home care including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.
Assist with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and light meals.
Offer transportation to medical appointments and accompany clients as needed.
Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care support as required.
Perform light housekeeping and keep clients' living spaces organized.
