Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Downers Grove, IL. We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, and benefits, with full- or part-time shifts available.

Join our team to provide medication reminders, mobility support, daily living assistance and companionship. You will work in a non-medical home care setting, following a detailed care plan and reporting any changes to our Care Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility at home or at appointments.
• Assist with personal care and daily hygiene.
• Help with therapy exercises and prescribed activities.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
