Job summary

ENGYJ is hiring immediately for a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support a Hoyer lift client across Broward County. The role offers $16+ per hour, onboarding and ongoing training, flexible schedules, and a caregiver-first culture.

You will assist with personal care, dementia support, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship. Requires at least 2 years caregiving, Florida background check, valid driver’s license, reliable car and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years caregiving experience.
• Florida background check required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide dementia support and medication reminders.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Transportation for client appointments up to 15 miles.
