Qualifications

• Currently certified as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Valid Driver’s License with active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record.
• Have access to a smartphone and active email account.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and client confidentiality.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable and committed to excellent care.
• Responsive and able to communicate schedules, availability and updates promptly.
• Willing to complete all onboarding requirements promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and assist with nutrition needs.
• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and activities.
• Follow individualized care plans based on each client’s needs.
• Work with office team and families to provide quality care and timely updates.
• Create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for every client.
