Qualifications

• Must have completed formal home health aide training or be certified as a Nursing Assistant per state law.

• Must possess CPR Certification Card, TB Test, CEUs, and Level 2 live-scan criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial and personal care services to clients under RN direction.
• Assist with companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, and personal care.
