Job summary

Live Long Well Care of Saint Simons Island, GA is seeking caring CNAs, caregivers, home health aides and companions for full-time and part-time roles to provide personal care and companionship to seniors in clients' homes within a 30-mile radius.

CNA certification is not required, but when held it pays a premium. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, plus an up-to-date smartphone for timekeeping and care tasks. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a similar role desired but not required.
• Must have English fluency, able to read/write/speak clearly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone device required for timekeeping and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with ADLs and mobility, including transfers and positioning.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping/errands.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Transport clients as needed and maintain safe home environment.
• Document services accurately per agency policy; report changes promptly.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
