Job summary

Live Long Well Care, LLC is seeking Full Time and Part Time CNAs, Caregivers, Home Health Aides and Companions to provide personal care and companionship to seniors on Saint Simons Island, GA. Day and night shifts, including weekends, are available.

CNA certification is not required but may be paid at a premium; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Employees will serve clients within a 30-mile radius, using mobile tools for time and attendance, care tasks, and

Qualifications

• English fluency is required for effective communication with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients’ homes within the service area.
• Experience or ability to perform essential home care tasks and companionship.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and support for seniors to promote independence at home.
• Document services and report client changes to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and confidential home environment.
