Job summary

Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver to provide direct care in clients' homes or community settings, helping with daily living activities and ensuring safety and adherence to care plans. This non-exempt, hourly role supports clients with respect and professionalism.

The position requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass screenings. Schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.
• Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.
• Follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
