Omatochi is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide direct care services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring safety and adherence to care plans and organizational standards.

This field-based role in California offers variable scheduling including days, evenings, and weekends. The position is non-exempt and paid hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.
• Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.
• Follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
