Job summary

Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver to provide direct care to clients in homes or community settings in California. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain safety and respect in service delivery.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, with a pay range of $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience and assignment. Schedule includes variable days, evenings, weekends; field-based work, with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities
