Job summary

Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Homewood, IL. Training is provided and pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit.

We value love, respect, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility and personal care assistance, light housekeeping, and reporting incidents to our Care Coordinator. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA and be very reliable.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with physical therapy and exercises.
• Shop for clients or accompany them shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly in emergencies and follow the care plan.
