Always Best Care Chicagoland is looking for compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home. You will provide non-medical care, assist with mobility and daily activities, prepare meals, and support with light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ home care experience required.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Respectful, compassionate bedside manner.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility at home.
• Help with personal care and hygiene.
• Support with physical therapy exercises as advised.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the individual care plan.
