Job summary

Village Caregiving Home Office is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to assist clients with daily living activities, medication reminders, and meal preparation. You will provide companionship, maintain a safe home environment, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals to report changes in status.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for training, and a supportive team environment with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client status.
