Village Caregiving Home Office is seeking caregivers to support clients in Bloomington, IN with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal prep, and companionship. You will help maintain a safe home environment and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client status.
