Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support. Duties include daily activity assistance, companionship, and basic personal care to help clients live safely at home.

Responsibilities also cover light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and adherence to care plans; the role requires reliability, respectful communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification Level 2
• Background check and TB clearance as per state regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working independently with good judgement
• Pre-employment background check completed

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities for clients at home
• Housekeeping and meal preparation
• Companionship and personal hygiene support
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned
