Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes in Colorado. You will help with daily activities, mobility, meals, and safety, while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
