Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is hiring caregivers to support clients at home with personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance. As a Caregiver, you will join a compassionate team dedicated to improving quality of life for those in need.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and coordinating with the care team to report changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
