Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care. As a Caregiver, you will support individuals with daily activities, meals, mobility, and medication reminders, while offering companionship and mental stimulation in a home setting.

We welcome dependable candidates who are passionate about making a meaningful difference and are eager to grow within the caregiving field. Weekly pay is coming soon, with opportunities for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
