Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic by nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, personalized care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and medication management as prescribed.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
