Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring caregivers to work in clients' homes across Summit County, including Tallmadge. You will assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, meals, and light cleaning, while providing companionship to older adults who wish to remain independent.

This role is physically demanding and involves moving between clients. You will not administer medications; nursing staff handle medical tasks.

Qualifications

• Active STNA license required or expired, per posting.
• HHA certificate or experience preferred and evaluated at interview.
• Willingness to complete training pathway as offered by Haven Home Care.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assist with daily activities such as baths, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and help clients stay independent.
• Do not perform medical tasks or administer medications; nurses handle medical tasks.
