Job summary

Haven Home Care is seeking caregivers to support seniors across Summit County in clients\' homes. You will drive to visits, assist with daily living, meals, baths, dressing, light housekeeping, and provide companionship to help clients stay independent.

This role is physically demanding — you\'ll be on your feet while helping clients and moving between visits. We offer a clear pay scale, biweekly pay, training, and W-2 employment across 14 cities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license and access to a car.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Background checks required.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning, and errands to help them stay independent.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety during visits; ensure client comfort and dignity.
• Drive between clients; time spent driving is paid; do not administer medications or medical tasks.
