The role requires a valid driver''s license, reliable vehicle, and proven caregiving experience. You will work with a professional team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across cases within 30 minutes of your residence.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• One year of prior personal care experience.
• Two years of continuous work history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and grooming support to clients.
• Assist with toileting, ambulation and meals as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Document care on the care plan and submit timely updates.
• Offer emotional support to clients and families.
• Assist with routine therapy exercises and participate in conferences.
