Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of previous personal care experience at a facility or agency.
• Drivers license with car and auto insurance are required.
• New Grad CNAs welcome.
• Must be comfortable driving within 30 minutes of residence for cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and grooming care to clients.
• Assist with toileting and ambulation.
• Prepare meals meeting nutritional needs.
• Report changes in client condition to nurse or supervisor.
• Perform routine housekeeping and home management duties.
• Record care on care plans and submit timely.
