Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Washington state is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to follow individualized care plans and support clients with daily living activities in their homes or care facilities.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care activities, transport clients to appointments, and communicate any changes to the care management team, while upholding safety, dignity and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR credential in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.
• Effective communication with diverse populations.
• Ability to obtain required certifications within WA timelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plan as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Perform housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and document medication distribution.
• Report changes in condition to care management promptly.
• Ensure safe, clean, and dignified home environment for clients.
• Safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
