Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Portland-area In Home Caregiver to support clients in their homes, including transportation, meal prep, grooming, and daily activities. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with CNA/HHA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR).
• Requires a minimum of six months industry-related experience.
• Current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing is required.
• Ability to obtain required certification within state regulations; RN Delegation preferred but not required.
• A valid Washington State driver’s license, driving record and proof of auto insurance required for vehicle operation.
• Pre-employment and ongoing background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the client’s individualized care plan as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility; provide companionship.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as planned.
• Maintain client records and report changes to care management.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly home environment for clients.
• Use Microsoft Office and WellSky Personal Care for documentation and care planning.
