Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is accepting applications for a Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents across levels of care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents' well-being, and report changes to supervisors to support personalized care. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and next-day pay through PayActiv.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care.
• Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to the supervisor for proactive care
