Job summary

Live Well Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home personal care for individuals in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal preparation, and transportation as outlined in each client’s care plan.

You will also offer companionship, monitor safety, and collaborate with the Client Care Team to support residents in their homes and communities with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care such as ambulation, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and mobility.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to support emotional well-being.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Support routine housecleaning, laundry and general household tasks as directed.
• Escort clients to appointments and required errands per the care plan.
• Follow the written care plan and safety procedures to ensure client safety.
• Communicate effectively with the Branch Manager and Client Care Team about client needs and changes.
