Dial in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Caregiver to provide personal care and support under RN delegation. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety, and help residents feel at home. This role is ideal for individuals starting a caregiving career and emphasizes compassionate service.

You will work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and contribute to a comforting, respectful environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to each resident according to their service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Respond to call signals and emergencies; assist or contact emergency services.
• Support mobility with transfers, positioning, and use of mobility aids.
• Assist with serving meals and bussing tables during meals.
• Offer companionship and encourage resident socialization.
• Launder residents’ clothing, linens, and towels; return clean items.
• Perform minor housekeeping to maintain a pleasant home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Report on-the-job injuries to supervisor by end of shift.
