Job summary

Schedule includes mornings and varied shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; CNA preferred but not mandatory. Background checks and clearances are required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Ensure clients' safety and well-being by monitoring their condition and reporting any changes.
• Follow care plans and service plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.
