Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking compassionate Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support in clients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, medication reminders, meal prep, transportation, and light housekeeping, delivering peace of mind to families.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Commitment to health and safety standards.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Medication reminders.
Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
Meal planning and preparation.
Light housekeeping.
Grocery shopping and errands.
Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings).
Providing parental support and respite care.
Observing and reporting changes in condition.
Responding to urgent or emergency situations.
