Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking caregivers/personal assistants to deliver in-home, one-on-one care for families, seniors, and patients recovering from surgery or illness. You’ll provide ADLs, reminders, mobility help, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and respite care with a focus on safety and compassion.

We offer weekly pay, flexible shifts, mileage reimbursement, paid hands-on training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings).
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
