Job summary

At Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate Attendants/Adult Care Partners to provide in-home care, assisting with activities of daily living, transportation, medication pickup, and companionship. You will work with a care plan in a home environment, following professional standards and communicating with families and the care team.

Education: High school/GED preferred; Six months of experience preferred but not required; strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate/GED preferred.
• Experience: Six months as Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
• Skills: Comfortable providing personal assistance per plan of care; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and escort.
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding).
• Follow a plan of care and communicate professionally with families and your team.
