Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Personal Care Provider (CNA) to deliver non-medical home care in clients' residences in Boulder, Colorado. You will support daily living activities, help create a safe home, and offer compassionate companionship as outlined in each client's care plan and agency policies.

You will perform light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, transport assistance, and ADL support while maintaining documentation and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Free from communicable diseases, open skin lesions, or health conditions affecting safety.
• Completion of required home care training and competency evaluation prior to direct client care.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe home environment and report concerns to management.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry and errands as outlined in the care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; promote mental stimulation via reading and activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers per service plan.
• Provide medication reminders, ensure basic health-related oversight, and document services performed.
