Job summary

Apploi in Boulder, CO is seeking a Personal Care Provider (CNA) to deliver non-medical home care in clients' residences. You will support daily living activities, ensure a safe environment, and provide companionship per each client's care plan.

Duties include helping with meals, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, bathing and dressing, medication reminders, and documenting visits. You will report safety concerns, coordinate with the care team, and promote client dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Free from communicable diseases and health conditions affecting safety.
• Completion of required home care training and competency evaluation.
• Able to meet physical and mental demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Observe and help maintain a safe home environment.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and dishwashing.
• Run errands and assist with appointments and community activities.
• Provide companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, ADLs and pericare as outlined.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care and transfers as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and limited respiratory support as required.
• Complete visit documentation with date, time, services performed and client signature.
