Golden Poppy Caregiving in California seeks a Personal Care Attendant to provide non-medical home care and companionship. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal planning and light housekeeping, enabling clients to stay safely in their homes and communities.

Applicants must meet Home Care Aide Registry clearance, TB certificate, I-9 verification, and complete required forms. Weekends and various shifts are available, with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• TB certificate is required.
• Clearance on Home Care Aide Registry is required.
• I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents must be valid.
• Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508) must be completed.
• Personnel Record (LIC 501) must be completed.
• Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse (SOC 341A).
• Current driver’s license and valid vehicle coverage if transporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care (bathing, dressing, exercising, meals, grooming).
• Assist with transferring, ambulation and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and ensure respectful, compassionate care.
