Golden Poppy Caregiving seeks compassionate Personal Care Attendants to assist clients at home with daily living activities and personal care. You may help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, mobility, and transportation support, while delivering respectful, client-centered care in alignment with agency policies and state regulations.

Requirements include being 18+, clear Home Care Aide Registry status, TB certificate, and valid I-9 docs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Clearance on the Home Care Aide Registry.
• Current TB certificate.
• Valid I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification documents.
• Completed LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
• Complete LIC 501 Personnel Record.
• SOC 341A Statement Acknowledging Reporting Abuse.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle coverage (if transporting clients).
• Minimum of five hours of entry-level training prior to presence with client.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support bathing, dressing, eating, exercising, hygiene, transferring and mobility.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and ensure safety during home visits.
