UnitedHealth Group is seeking Per Diem Personal Care Assistant I or II to provide in-home support, personal care, and nutritional assistance to clients in their own homes in the Town of New Windsor, NY area. Responsibilities include ADLs, hygiene, meal prep, and safety checks.

Requirements include NY home health aide training or equivalent, and a current driver's license or reliable transportation. The role offers hourly pay starting at $13 and up to $20 per hour, with benefits and per diem

Qualifications

• Provide environmental and personal care assistance in the home.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Complete health and safety tasks and report observations to supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Provide environmental support, nutritional support, and personal care/hygiene for at-home clients.
• Assist with bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Record vital signs when ordered and assist with medical appointments as needed.
