Redwood Family Care Network in Snohomish County (Monroe) is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate non-medical support to clients with developmental disabilities or seniors. This is a non-exempt role with scheduled hours and travel to client homes.

You will follow each client’s Plan of Care, assist with meals, dressing, hygiene, mobility, toileting, and household tasks, and ensure safety and dignity in the living environment. A Washington background check is required.

Qualificações

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Must be a licensed CNA or Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Must be able to work independently.
• Mental Health, Dementia and/or Behavioral Health Training highly preferred.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of caring for a client, with notification of any restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical care to clients with disabilities or seniors as assigned.
• Implement the client’s Plan of Care.
• Assist with daily living activities: feeding, dressing, hygiene, toileting, transferring, positioning.
• Assist with housekeeping, shopping, meal planning, and transportation.
• Provide safe, compassionate supervision and support in the client’s living environment.
