Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Washington state is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home, assisting with daily activities and providing companionship.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties. No experience is required; orientation and training are provided. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
