SKY HEART HOME CARE SERVICES is seeking a part-time PCA/CNA to work with clients in their homes under the supervision of a Service Supervisor. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping, documenting progress to support overall well-being.

Qualificações

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a High School Diploma
• Must have at least one year of healthcare experience preferred
• Must be in good standing with the health care registry and have two satisfactory references

Responsabilidades

• Assist client in activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, grooming) under RN supervision
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating as needed
• Perform light housekeeping to support client self-care
• Document client progress and communicate changes to supervisor or director
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and transport clients to daily activities
