Tender Hands LLC is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate, client-centered home care in Hartford County. We value dignity, independence, and quality of life, with duties that include ADLs, meal support, light housekeeping, and companionship.

The role supports a respectful, professional team environment with emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and clear communication with clients and families.

Qualifikationen

• PCA role prefers caregiving experience but not required.
• CNA must hold current CNA certification in state.
• Background checks required; driver's license preferred.
• Reliable transportation and good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Assist with meals planning and feeding.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, vacuuming, bed linens.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow care plans and confidentiality.
• Ensure safety and report emergencies.
